Lumos Shipping: a freight forwarder that looks its size

Sea, air, land, customs and warehousing. A Dubai logistics operator given a site that reads as credible to the enterprise buyers it wants.

The brief

Freight forwarding is a trust purchase. A shipper handing over a container is choosing who to be accountable to, and the website is usually the first evidence they get. Lumos needed a site that matched the scale of the work they already do, across a service list most competitors bury.

What we built

A structured site built around the way logistics buyers actually search: by service (air cargo, sea freight, land transport, customs, warehousing, project cargo) and by industry, rather than by internal department names.

The hero carries an animated global network map (movement that says "we move things across the world" without a stock photo doing the talking), and every route through the site lands on a quote request.

  • Full site design and build, mobile first
  • Animated global network map in the hero
  • Service and industry pages structured for search
  • Quote request flow delivered straight to the inbox
  • Copywriting for enterprise logistics buyers
